I don’t know if any food represents the holidays to me like Roasted Pecans. I know I can make them at other times of the year but for some reason I just never do. I save them for a delicious holiday treat! They are perfect served as an appetizer at any holiday party, brunch, or dinner.
Roasted Pecans are also a beautiful teacher gift! Pour the nuts into a Mason jar, wrap a little ribbon around the lid, and done! SO simple and SO delicious.
Make sure to make a double batch for whatever occasion – this simple snack is addictive but oh so good!!
