Roasted Pecans are a perfect holiday snack! Serve them as an appetizer at a holiday party, brunch, or dinner or pour them into mason jars with a beautiful ribbon for a great teacher gift!
In a large bowl, mix together the pecans, melted butter, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, and cayenne. Very gently stir together until the pecans are coasted.
Pour nuts out onto a baking sheet and roast for 1 hour.
After an hour, remove the pecans from the oven and let them sit on the baking sheet on the counter until they are completely cooled.
