Sloppy Joe Sliders – homemade classic Sloppy Joes served on Hawaiian Roll sliders.  They are perfect for a kids lunchbox, as a party food, an appetizer, or a tailgate item.

In my quest to find different and unique lunchbox items for my girls, I’ve been making a lot of sliders.   These Sloppy Joe sliders are a new favorite!  My classic, homemade Sloppy Joe’s (recipe here) topped with cheese and served inside Hawaiian Roll sliders.   Delicious, simple, and easy!

How to make Sloppy Joe Sliders:

  • Make my classic Homemade Sloppy Joe’s.
  • While keeping them intact, cut the slider buns in half making a top and bottom.

  • Spoon the Sloppy Joe mix on top of the cheese.
  • Cover with the top half of the sliders.

  • Bake at 300 for 15-20 minutes or until cheese has melted and tops of sliders are browned.
