Savory Breakfast Sandwiches
Ingredients
- 4 English muffins, halved
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 6-7 slices of cooked bacon
- butter
- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Place the English muffins on a baking sheet and toast in a toaster, oven, or toaster oven.
- As your English muffins are cooking, break 4 eggs into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk and whisk well until the mixture is bubbly.
- Add butter to a small skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the egg mixture to the pan. Season with salt & pepper and cook until the eggs are done to the consistency you prefer.
- Add a slice of cheese to one side of each of the English muffins. Top with scrambled eggs and cooked bacon. Top with the other half of the English muffin. Enjoy!

Instructions:
- Crack eggs in a medium sized bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk to the egg and whisk until well mixed. Season the eggs with salt and pepper.  Cook in a skillet over medium heat until cooked to the consistency you prefer.Â
- While the eggs are cooking, place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of each toasted English muffin.
- Once the eggs are ready, place eggs on top of the cheese on each English muffin.
