I love a fruit tart!  Filled high with kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and a delicious cream filled tart.  For me, its just the perfect dessert!

Ingredients
  

  • For the tart dough: 
  • 1 1/2 sticks of butter
  • 1 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • For the filling: 
  • 8 oz package of cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • For the topping: 
  • Strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Kiwi optional
  • Blackberries

Instructions
 

  • For the pastry dough
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 
  • Mix together the flour, sugar, and vanilla in a food processor.  Press into a pie pan, using your fingers to push the dough up the sides of the pan. 
  • Cook for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned. 
  • For the filling
  • Using a hand mixer or standing mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until mixed well.   Once the dough has cooled, add the filling to the pie crust. 
  • Top with all of the fruit in any pretty design you like!
