I love a fruit tart! Filled high with kiwi, blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and a delicious cream filled tart. For me, its just the perfect dessert!
Mix together the flour, sugar, and vanilla in a food processor. Press into a pie pan, using your fingers to push the dough up the sides of the pan.
Cook for 10-12 minutes until lightly browned.
For the filling:
Using a hand mixer or standing mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until mixed well. Once the dough has cooled, add the filling to the pie crust.
Top with all of the fruit in any pretty design you like!
