Parmesan Crusted Potatoes
These Parmesan Crusted Potatoes are really the only way I make potatoes anymore! They are SOO good and SOOO easy! I love a simple side that requires very little effort. They are like little bites of salty, cheesy goodness! Make them as a side for family dinner or a special occasion meal.
How to make:
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 425.  Spray a baking sheet with a generous amount of non-stick cooking spray.
Step 2:
Cut all of the potatoes in half and add them to a small bowl. Drizzle with a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the potatoes to combine the seasonings.
Step 3:
Spread the grated parmesan cheese over the bottom of the baking sheet. One by one, place the potatoes cut side down on the cheese. Bake for 20 minutes until the cheese is brown.
Step 4:
Once the potatoes are done, remove from the oven and let them cool for about 5-10 minutes. Pull the potatoes off the baking sheet. The crispy cheese will stick to the bottom of the potatoes!
