Parmesan Crusted Potatoes
Parmesan Crusted Potatoes are a perfect side dish for a family dinner or potluck. They are super easy to make and absolutely delicious!

- 1 bag dutch potatoes, cut in half
- 8 oz grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

Preheat the oven to 425.
Cut the dutch potatoes in half. Put them in a small bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Spray a baking sheet liberally with cooking spray. Cover the bottom of the pan with the grated parmesan cheese.
One at a time, place the potatoes cut side down onto the parmesan cheese. Don't overcrowd the pan.
Cook the potatoes for about 20-25 minutes until the cheese is brown.
Let the potatoes cool for about 10 minutes and then pull them off the pan. The crispy parmesan cheese will stick to the bottom of the potatoes.
