I love a great Easy & Delicious Bruschetta Recipe! At our wedding, we had a bruschetta bar because I love it so much! I try to keep the ingredients in stock at our house so I can always throw it together in a pinch.  Add any extra ingredients you love – cheese, green olives, artichoke hearts, capers, etc.  You can even spread some pesto on the french bread, add tomatoes with seasoning and a little cheese.
This is a simple appetizer that everyone always loves!
Here’s how to make Easy & Delicious Bruschetta:
- Cut french bread into slices. Drizzle with olive oil and toast in a toaster oven or regular oven.

- When the bread is toasted, cut a clove of garlic in half and rub the bread with the exposed end of the garlic. Sprinkle the bread with salt and pepper.
