Easy & Delicious Bruschetta

Ingredients
  

  • 1 french bread loaf
  • 1 pack of cherry tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 package of fresh basil, julienned
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • handful of black olives
  • salt & pepper
  • olive oil
  • 2 whole cloves of garlic
  • balsamic vinegar and balsamic vinegar glaze

Instructions
 

  • Cut the french bread into slices, drizzle with olive oil, and toast in a toaster oven or regular oven.
  • When bread is toasted, rub each piece of bread with a clove of garlic. Sprinkle salt & pepper on the top of the bread.
  • In a small bowl, mix together tomatoes, basil, minced garlic, black olives, and seasonings.
  • Add a large spoonful of the tomato mixture to the top of each piece of bread.
  • Drizzle the top of the bruschetta with balsamic vinegar or a balsamic vinegar glaze.
