How to Make Bar-B Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand)

Step 1: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Step 2: Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Step 4: Separate biscuit dough and press each piece into a muffin tin cup.
Step 5: Spoon a layer of the BBQ beef mixture into each dough-lined cup.
Step 6: Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Step 7: Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the biscuit dough is golden brown and cheese is melted.

- salt & pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Add 1/2 cup of barbecue sauce, 1 tbsp of dijon mustard, and 1 tbsp garlic powder. When browned, add 1/2 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and mix together.
- Flatten the biscuits a bit and fit them into muffin tins. Push the sides of the dough into the muffin tin so there is more room for the ground beef.
- Bake at 375° for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuit is browned.
