4slices of Italian Mountain bread or any fresh-baked bread you prefer
2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
8ozricotta
2-3leaves of basil, roughly torn
1tbspItalian seasoning
1clove of garlic, minced
1tbspolive oil
salt & pepper

Instructions
Toast your bread in a toaster or in the oven on broil.
While the bread is toasting, in a small bowl mix 8 oz of ricotta with the Italian seasoning, garlic, olive oil, and salt and pepper. Stir well until the ricotta has a whipped consistency.
Slices tomatoes and roughy tear the basil leaves.
When the bread is toasted, spread the ricotta on top of the toast, top with the tomatoes, and fresh basil. Enjoy!
