Preheat oven to 400°.
Spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Roll out pizza dough into a rectangle and cut into 12 small squares.
Take one square and lay it flat on a counter. In the center of the square, spread a spoonful of pizza sauce, add a small pile of shredded mozzarella and any other toppings.
Pull the corners of the dough up and over the ingredients. Flip the pizza roll over and place it in the muffin tin so the seam side is down. Repeat with all of the dough squares and ingredients.
Once you have done all of the pizza rolls, brush the top of each with egg wash and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
Cook for 20-25 minutes or until the pizza rolls are golden brown. Serve with a side of marinara sauce or garlic butter sauce.
