In a skillet over medium/high heat, brown the sausage. Once it is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it drain on a paper towel lined plate.
In a small bowl, crack 6 eggs and add 2 tbsp of milk. Stir well.
Wipe out the skillet and add either non-stick spray or a pat of butter to the pan. Once it is hot, pour the eggs into the skillet and scramble them. Add a good sprinkle of salt and pepper as you're cooking the eggs. Once cooked, transfer to a bowl.
Lay a tortilla or wrap on a cutting board. Sprinkle cheddar cheese down the middle of the wrap, then top with scrambled eggs, and finally with browned sausage.
Roll into a burrito. Start with one end and start rolling the wrap, folding in the sides as you go.
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add a pat of butter and let it melt. Once melted, lay the burrito in the skillet seam side down. Let it cook until browned.
Once the bottom side is brown, add a little more butter to the pan and flip the burrito over to the other side. I like to cover the skillet with a lid so I assure the cheese melts.
When all sides are browned, take the burrito out of the pan, cut it in half, and serve!
