Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a large handful of salt to the water. When it is boiling, cook the pasta as according to the package directions.
While the water is boiling, sprinkle both sides of your chicken breast with blackened seasoning.
Heat a large skillet to medium/high heat. Add 1 1/2 tbsp of olive oil to the pan. Add the minced garlic and stir so it doesn't burn. When you can smell the garlic cooking, add the chicken breasts to the pan and cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes or until browned.
When the chicken has browned, remove it from the heat and set aside.
Turn the heat down and add 1 tbsp of butter to the pan. Add half a jar of the alfredo sauce and season with Italian seasoning. When the noodles are done cooking, slowly add them to the pan with the alfredo sauce, coating all of the noodles as you go. *You don't even have to drain the noodles. A little pasta water makes this even better!
When all the noodles are coated, slice the chicken and add it to the pan. Serve in a large platter and top the pasta with grated parm before serving.
