Teriyaki Noodles will become your family’s go-to meal – fast, no-frills, delicious, and SUPER kid-friendly! Some days I want to cook all day but when things get busy or we’re running around everywhere, I need something I can throw together in less than 30 minutes. This Teriyaki Noodle recipe is just that….and I guarantee everyone in your family will love it! I use chicken, carrots, and peas but you can make this recipe with whatever vegetables you have on-hand or can even make it vegetarian. As long as you have noodles and teriyaki sauce, it will be delicious!
Teriyaki Noodles
Teriyaki Noodles is one of my kids' favorite meals! Chicken, carrots, and peas nestled in teriyaki noodles. It comes together in no time and is a meal everyone will love!
Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts cut into small cubes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 1 cup matchstick carrots
- 1 lb spaghetti noodles
- 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Cut chicken breasts into small cubes.
- Heat a deep skillet over medium heat. Once it is hot, add 3 tbsp of teriyaki sauce, the minced garlic, and the chicken. When chicken is almost done, add the matchstick carrots and cook together for a few minutes.
- While chicken is cooking, bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a few large pinches of salt to the water. Once the water is boiling, cook the noodles as directed on package.
- When the pasta is done, drain the noodles and add them to the skillet with the chicken and carrots. Add the rest of the teriyaki sauce and mix together well. Add the frozen peas and stir in gently.
- Season with black pepper and a little bit of salt, if needed.
