One of my favorite summer drinks is a Pineapple Martini!  This one packs a punch but is so refreshing.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 liter of vodka of your choice
  • 1 whole pineapple

Instructions
 

  •  Cut the pineapple into rings and place them in a airtight container. 
  • Pour the vodka over the pineapple and let it sit for at least a week. 
  • Enjoy!!!
