This savory dip is sure to be a big crowd pleaser at your next tailgate! It can be thrown together in just a few minutes and is perfect with a big loaf of french bread or crackers. Try this one for your next game! *You can make your own meatballs for this recipe but I like the quick version using sausage better. If you have more time, a great meatball recipe can be substituted.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Make small "meatballs" with the hot sausage. Put them in an ovenproof dish, sprinkle with some Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper and cook for about 15 minutes or until browned.
Once the meatballs are cooked, top with marinara sauce and coat the meatballs.
Turn oven up to broil.
Add slices of the fresh mozzarella to the top and sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella so everything is covered with cheese. Broil for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and gooey!
While the dip is cooling, toast the sliced french bread. Once toasted, serve alongside the dip!
