Ingredients
  

  • 1 pork tenderloin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp minced garlic
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/8 cup honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • olive oil
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375.
  • In a small bowl, mix together paprika, garlic powder, brown sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Drizzle the tenderoin with olive oil and then rub the seasoning mixture all over the pork.
  • Heat a large skillet over high heat. When it is hot, add 1-2 tbsp of olive oil. Sear the pork tenderloin on both sides until browned. Once it is browned, remove it from the skillet and place into an oven-proof dish.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the soy sauce, dijon mustard, honey, minced garlic. Stir until a paste forms. Pour over pork tenderloin.
  • Roast tenderloin in the oven for 20-25 minutes.
