- 1 lb of boneless chicken breasts cut into cubes
- Onion cut into cubes
- Pineapple pieces
- Baby Portobello mushrooms
- 1 - 1 1/2 cups of teriyaki sauce
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- Salt and pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
Mix together the teriyaki, garlic, brown sugar, a good pinch of salt and some course black pepper in a large freezer bag.
Add the chicken to the bag and marinate for 30 minute to 1 hour.
Once the chicken is marinated, thread the chicken, veggies, and pineapple onto skewers. Pour the remaining marinade over the skewers.
Grill on medium heat until the chicken is cooked through and the veggies are browned. Serve with rice or couscous.
