Fresh Pico de Gallo
My Pico de Gallo is a fresh, flavorful, spicy dip and is perfect served with tortilla chips or on top of chicken or meat. It's a great, quick summer recipe!

5-6 chopped Roma tomatoes 1/2 sweet onion, diced 1 jalapeno or Serrano pepper, diced 1/2 can diced, fire roasted tomatoes Juice from 1/2 a lime 1 tsp cumin 1 tsp Sazon seasoning salt & pepper
Get Recipe Ingredients
Chop the tomatoes, onion, and pepper and add to a large bowl.
Add 1/2 can of diced, fire roasted tomatoes WITH the juice.
Squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lime into the mixture
Add seasonings and stir well. Serve with tortilla chips or use as a topping for grilled chicken or meat.
