2chicken breasts, cut in half
4tbspolive oil
2 1/2tbspminced garlic
1container of cherry tomatoes
1tbspItalian seasoning
1tbspItalian breadcrumbs
grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
Coat the bottom of a casserole dish with the olive oil. Add the cherry tomatoes and 2 1/2 tbsp of minced garlic. Stir together.
Add the chicken breasts to the casserole dish, nestling them between the tomatoes.
Top each piece of chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, grated Parmesan, and a sprinkle of breadcrumbs. Drizzle each with a little more olive oil.
Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and tomatoes are blistered and roasted.
