1lbchicken breasts, cut into smaller, thinner pieces
2cupswhite rice
1cancream of mushroom soup
1cancream of chicken soup
1/4cupchopped celery
1soup can of water
2tbspmelted butter, optional

Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together white rice, both soups, 1 soup can of water, and chopped celery. Stir well.
Spray a casserole dish with non-stick spray and pour the soup and rice mixture into the casserole dish.
Cut the chicken breasts in half and then in half longways so you have thinner pieces of chicken. Nestle the chicken into the rice mixture so the rice is surrounding the chicken. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Pour a tbsp of melted butter over the top of the casserole.
Cook at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the rice is slightly browned.
