Brown the sausage. Once browned, remove to a plate with a paper towel to drain.
In a large bowl, add eggs and a couple of tablespoons of milk. Scramble together.
Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray. Roll the crescent rolls out and don't separate them as you would if you were actually making crescent rolls. Using your fingers or a small rolling pin, spread the dough out so it fits onto the baking sheet. Press the dough up the sides of the pan.
Pour the scrambled eggs over the dough, making sure all of the dough is covered. Don't worry if some of the egg mixture flows around the sides of the dough. Next, sprinkle the cooked sausage over the eggs and then top it with the shredded cheese.
Cook at 350 for about 20-25 minutes or until the eggs are cooked and the dough is browned.
