- 1 lb Brussels Sprouts serving size depends on how many you are feeding
- 4-5 slices of bacon
- Olive Oil
- Salt and pepper
- Balsamic Vinegar

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.
Trim the ends off of the Brussels Sprouts and cut any large sprouts in half.
Add the Brussels Sprouts to a large baking pan.
Drizzle with olive, salt and pepper, and mix well.
Cut uncooked bacon slices into small pieces and add them to the top of the sprouts.
Cook at 400 for about 20 minutes or until sprouts look browned and crispy.
Once cooked, drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with balsamic and serve.
