Bacon and Balsamic Brussels Sprouts

Crunchy bacon and a drizzle of balsamic makes these Bacon and Balsamic Brussels Sprouts the perfect side dish!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels Sprouts serving size depends on how many you are feeding 
  • 4-5 slices of bacon
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Balsamic Vinegar

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees.  
  • Trim the ends off of the Brussels Sprouts and cut any large sprouts in half. 
  • Add the Brussels Sprouts to a large baking pan. 
  • Drizzle with olive, salt and pepper, and mix well.  
  • Cut uncooked bacon slices into small pieces and add them to the top of the sprouts. 
  • Cook at 400 for about 20 minutes or until sprouts look browned and crispy. 
  • Once cooked, drizzle the Brussels Sprouts with balsamic and serve.
