My Acai Smoothie Bowl is the perfect breakfast or afternoon snack! Frozen acai, fruit, and protein powder blended to just the right consistency and topped with crunchy granola, bananas, fruit and your choice of toppings.
In a blender, add 2 pks of the frozen acai, 1/4 frozen berries, 1/2 cup of oat milk, 1 tbsp of PB2 powder (or other protein powder), and a handful of ice. Mix until you like the consistency. If it is watery, add more ice. If it is too thick, add more oat milk.
Pour the blended smoothie into a bowl and top with your favorite toppings.
