Savory Breakfast Sandwiches

These Savory Breakfast Sandwiches are a hearty, delicious way to start the day! Filled with scrambled eggs, melted cheese, and crispy bacon. Make these ahead of time and freeze to bring out for a busy week.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 English muffins, halved
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 4 slices of cheddar cheese
  • 6-7 slices of cooked bacon
  • butter
  • salt & pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place the English muffins on a baking sheet and toast in a toaster, oven, or toaster oven.
  • As your English muffins are cooking, break 4 eggs into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk and whisk well until the mixture is bubbly.
  • Add butter to a small skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the egg mixture to the pan. Season with salt & pepper and cook until the eggs are done to the consistency you prefer.
  • Add a slice of cheese to one side of each of the English muffins. Top with scrambled eggs and cooked bacon. Top with the other half of the English muffin. Enjoy!
