Place the English muffins on a baking sheet and toast in a toaster, oven, or toaster oven.
As your English muffins are cooking, break 4 eggs into a bowl. Add 1/4 cup of milk and whisk well until the mixture is bubbly.
Add butter to a small skillet over medium heat. Once the pan is hot, add the egg mixture to the pan. Season with salt & pepper and cook until the eggs are done to the consistency you prefer.
Add a slice of cheese to one side of each of the English muffins. Top with scrambled eggs and cooked bacon. Top with the other half of the English muffin. Enjoy!
